There are 4 double rooms, one family room, one single and two twin rooms. All rooms have en suite facilities most with bath and shower and are tastefully and recently decorated, comfortably furnished and include a variety of facilities, including free wireless broadband and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities.

Restaurants and Bars
Breakfast is served between 08.30 and 09.15 but an earlier breakfast can be made available. The breakfast menu includes tea, coffee, fruit juice, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, grapefruit segments, prunes, a full cooked breakfast or muffin with poached egg and smoked salmon. Toast and preserves are also available, as well as a vegetarian option and other dietary requirements such as soya or goats' milk.

Evening meals are served at 18.15. These need to be pre-ordered on the day of arrival.

Directions
By Car:
From the M5:
- Follow the A38 to Torquay.
- Then take the A380.
- Then take the A3022 into Torquay. - Stay in the right-hand lane when you reach the junction of Torre station and Halfords.
- Follow Avenue Road and pick up signs to the seafront and Paignton.
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights on the junction of the Riveria Centre and Falkland Road, turn sharp left onto Falkland Road.
- The Buckingham Lodge is approximately 100 yards on the left-hand side (set back next to Glendower Hotel).

Transfer:
You can be collected and delivered to the train station if required.
