Situated next to restaurants and shops, the hotel is very well run by resident proprietors. Full office needs such as fax, email, etc are available. This is a non smoking hotel. Please note we do not accept any single or mixed group bookings.

Directions
From m5 Exeter to a38, follow signs for Torquay. A380, at Newton Abbot you will reach Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit signposted Torquay a380. At the next roundabout, go straight over a3022. Do not turn right (continuation of a380). Follow a3022 into Torquay. At sixth set of lights get into right hand lane a3022 (signposted Seafront, Harbour, Paignton), follow signs to the harbour, at the clock tower by the harbour turn left, the Hotel is 200 yards up the hill on the left hand side past the traffic lights.
